Sometimes life feels like your own mind is running a marathon you didn’t sign up for — thoughts spinning, self-doubt whispering, and the quiet pressure of “never enough.” You don’t have to carry that alone.

I hold a gentle, supportive space where you can explore your inner world through embodied self-inquiry, breathwork, and reflective practices. Together, we notice patterns, connect with your feelings, and create a sense of grounding and clarity — all at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

    1 on 1 Sessions

    This is private coaching using an integrative approach meaning it is catered specifically to you. I may use a variety of tools and modalities such as Somatic Breathwork, Neuro Linguistic Programming, nervous system regulation and Self Inquiry.

    Regular group sessions (either Breathwork or Astrology) to support you in this cycle of self growth.
